As long as the item is completely unused, unworn, and undamaged, it can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can submit a return request by logging in to your account (located at the top right side of the site), and selecting the order you'd like to return. Once you submit a return request, we'll follow up with return instructions.
Please note that if we determine that an item has been used, worn, or damaged, we cannot accept the return and the product will be returned to you. When shipping your return to us, please include the packing slip and all original packing materials.
