Unfortunately, once a chargeback is filed we are not in control of when/if you receive your refund. If you haven't seen your refund after initiating a chargeback, it's likely because the process can take several weeks or even months to complete, as your credit card/bank company needs to investigate the dispute before issuing a refund; you might also not see the money immediately as it could be listed as a "temporary credit" while the process is ongoing.
